This is a nice, quick meal to make.
It goes a long way and does not cost very much to make.
Boil the water and cook the pasta/spaghetti.
Cut the bacon up into strips.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Cook the bacon in a little oil but do not colour or crisp it.
Once it is cooked, add the onion & garlic and cook for 5 minutes without colouring.
Add the flour and cook through for a few seconds.
Gradually add the milk to make a creamy white sauce.
Add the cream cheese and melt through.
The sauce will thicken up a little, if it gets too thick, add more milk.
Add the sauce to the cooked spaghetti and mix through.
