Before you begin, bring a pan of water the boil and cook the spaghetti for around 10 minutes. When there's 5 minutes to go, pour some olive oil into a frying pan and cook the chopped garlic. Sprinkle with chilli flakes.
Add the green vegetables.
Add the Quorn roast chicken.
Once cooked, remove from the heat and grate over the zest from the lemon.
Add the cooked spaghetti.
Squeeze in the juice from the lemon and mix in the garlic mayonnaise and parmesan cheese.
Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and serve.
