Good recipe and quick to make. Best served hot with butter.

You will need

1 cup Plain Flour 2 eggs Room temp 2/3 cup Corn Meal 1 1/2 tsp Baking Powder 1/4 tsp Bicarbonate Of Soda 1/4 tsp Salt 1/4 cup Butter 3 tbsp Sugar 1/2 cup Soured Cream Room temp 1/2 cup Milk Room temp

Instructions

1. 

   Heat oven 428/220 degrees. Cream butter & sugar together.

2. 

   Add eggs, one at a time. Beat to combine.

3. 

   Add sour cream & milk. Stir through.

4. 

   Add flour, corn meal, baking powder, bicarb & salt. Stir to combine.

5. 

   Pour into a dish. Bake for 25 mins.

6. 

   Slice and serve with butter.
