Sour Cream & Onion Potatoes
Easy to make.
Heat oven 175 degrees.
Boil potatoes in salt water until tender.
Drain & pour into a dish.
Mash the potatoes leaving some chunks.
Mix together butter, sour cream, cream, garlic powder, onion powder, pepper, paprika 2 cups of cheese & most of the spring onions.
Pour over the potatoes.
Top the potatoes with the remaining cheese.
Bake for 35-40 mins.
Sprinkle with remaining spring onion.
