  • How to make soap. Soap Sweets/ Confections - Step 1
    Step 1

This is what you'll need. Don't worry if you do not have all the ingredients. This is a very felxible project where all ingredients can easily be substituted.
Use brown sugar instead of vanilla sugar, use grated walnuts instead of the coconut flakes. Use any kind of body oil or vegetable oil instead of the almond oil.
Just make sure the soap bar you are using is glycerin soap.

  • How to make soap. Soap Sweets/ Confections - Step 2
    Step 2

Melt the soap in the microwave for about 5 minutes (360 watt). Make sure you are using a microwave save bowl.
In the process the soap will look like in this picture. Check on it a few times and when the whole bar looks like this you are ready to go

  • Step 3

Add sugar, flakes and the rest of the oil. Do not use a plastic spoon to stirr, it will melt.
Prepare two small plates: one with coconut flakes on it, one with cocoa

  • How to make soap. Soap Sweets/ Confections - Step 4
    Step 4

    Start forming small scoops.
!!! THE SOAP IS VERY HOT !!!
You might want to wear heat-resistant gloves. Don't hurry, but make sure you have formed all scoops before the soap has cooled off.
Roll your scoops in flakes or cocoa or whatever to cover them.
Put them in small paper cups.

  • Step 5

Make sure that everybody who is in reach of your soap understands that soap cannot be eaten.
These little sweets look and smell just too delicious- so be careful :-)

I can't wait to see you creations !!!
