This method makes the nicest smooth, gluggy and "pudding-like" porridge that is delicious with the world's easiest blueberry sauce. Just make sure to plan ahead to make this, waiting for the oats to soak can be quite hunger-inducing!

In a small saucepan, combine the oats and 3/4 cup water (or milk). Let sit for 20mins.
Bring the oats and water to the boil, then reduce to a simmer. They should thicken up, but add the rest of the water/milk a quarter cup at a time, waiting for the liquid to absorb before each addition. Once it's all absorbed, remove from the heat and whisk in the cinnamon. You should have a nice gluggy cinnamon porridge.
To make the sauce, mash the blueberries with the honey in a small microwave-safe bowl then nuke them for about 10 seconds on medium high. Stir straight away, then add to your porridge. Yum!
