Cut 24" off the length of a 3-yard piece of fleece fabric. Make a mark 12" from the top of fabric, and 19" from the edge. Now cut a vertical opening beginning from this mark and extending 12". This is your sleeve hole.
Now, fold the 24" section of fabric, you cut off earlier, Cut this section to 24" X 24". This is your sleeves. Fold sleeve in half and sew seam to form tube.
Place fabric tube into sleeve opening and sew in place.
