Make a snoozy fruit pudding to help you get a good night sleep.
If you find it difficult to fall asleep at night, like me, I've designed a little snack to help you drift off. Several of the ingredients contain melatonin which is known for helping enduce sleep.

  • Step 1

    Place the yoghurt in a bowl. You can use fruity yoghurt if you want to add more flavor.

  • Step 2

    Mix the oats in with the yoghurt.

  • Step 3

    Chop up the fruit and place it on top of the yoghurt.

  • Step 4

    Drizzle some honey on top.

  • Step 5

    Sprinkle with cinnamon.

i do things like this all the time, esp when I'm between meals and I get tempted to eat junk.. it fills you up AND its tasty!
