About this project
If you find it difficult to fall asleep at night, like me, I've designed a little snack to help you drift off. Several of the ingredients contain melatonin which is known for helping enduce sleep.
Place the yoghurt in a bowl. You can use fruity yoghurt if you want to add more flavor.
Mix the oats in with the yoghurt.
Chop up the fruit and place it on top of the yoghurt.
Drizzle some honey on top.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
