I made these originally to just fit with 6 snaps, but because I filled them i think they got smaller and so I added a 2 1/2 panel with snaps to fit. But they stay on and are definetly warm. I wear these All the time now that winter has come

This looks like it would be great to wear if you have arthritis or pins in your joints if you have ever broken your ankle to give the extra added warmth that helps aleviate pain and much more fashionable an elastic brace or bulky ankle wrap.
