Bring a large pan of water to the boil and simmer the Farfalle pasta for 12 minutes. Drain the cooked pasta and place in a large pot to serve. Make a dressing by mixing in the sweet mustard, garlic mayonnaise, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Chop the cherry tomatoes in half and add to the pasta.
Chop some colourful peppers and mix into the pasta along with green olives.
Season with salt and pepper, mix well and serve.
