Based on S'moreos by Jessie Oleson
I got my 10 year old nephew hooked on these as soon as I tried making them. I tried both in the microwave and oven, and I personally like them in the oven better. The cookies stay crisp, the marshmallows get a little brown and crunchy on the outside, but mooshy on the inside.
