These s'more cookies are a great treat for a cold day!
Once my friend told me to make some more cookies. I thought she said make s'more cookies. And so they were born.

  • Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375° F

In a small bowl crush your gram-crackers. I like mine fairly chunky but you can use whatever consistency you want.

In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.

TIP: If your butter isn't already softened you can grate it with a cheese grater.

In a large bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Gently beat in flour mixture. Once the flour is well incorporated add your gram-crackers and chocolate chips.

    Step 2

Place about a tablespoon of the dough on a greased cookie sheet. place in the oven and keep an eye on them
Once the cookies have browned ever so slightly take them out and put a marshmallow on top. I like to squish mine down because they don't make as huge of a mess.

    Step 3

pop em back in the oven and allow the marshmallows to melt and get slightly toasty on the top. once your cookies are well browned take them out and let them cool. try to touch the marshmallows as little as possible. If they tipped over onto the baking sheet you can use some utensil or another to push them back on while they are hot.

    Step 4

Eat and enjoy! they taste so good while they are hot!
Remember to always put lots of love into whatever you bake. :)
This recipe makes a mountain of cookies (about 30 or so) they are great to share with friends, or you can put the leftover dough in the freezer for another time.

6 cups of sugar has to be a mistake. They look so good though!

I made them except the recipe said to use 6 cups of sugar and ended up caramelizing my test cookie. Tongue So I added a cup of flour (I think) and the cookies turned out fine and delicious. Happy But it also made the batch way bigger so I have a billion of the cookies.
Are you sure that's the amount of sugar you used?

Mmmmm, these look yummy! I'm gonna try them tomorrow. :]
But what do you mean by "1 or more graham crackers"? Did you really only use 1 graham cracker for the whole batch?

Oh dear! Disaster struck when I tried to make these! I ended up with a tray of toffee with a crispy crust - still delicious with the mallows "_"
Any idea how I went sooo wrong?
