Storage your crafting materials in a chest of your own making.
I had 3 identical plastic chocolate boxes lying around and it was bothering me that I didn't have a place for them, so I decided to make a small chest and place it in my bookshelf.
It's my first how-to and I only realized in the middle of my project that I could post it here, so I don't have photos of the whole process. Please bear with me.

Step 1Gather the materials. Instead of wrapping paper I used last year's calendar pages.

Step 2Mark the places for the shelves.
With some bits of cardboard, make the guides for the shelves and glue them to the walls of the box. -
Step 3Make sure they are perfectly aligned and that there is enough space between them for the shelves.

Step 4Wrap it all with your wrapping paper, put your boxes in the shelves and admire your work.
