This bakewell tart inspired cocktail combines Sipsmith Sloe Gin with amaretto, blackberry liqueur and apple juice for a frothy tall drink that's just as delicious as it's muse.
This bakewell tart inspired cocktail combines Sipsmith Sloe Gin with amaretto, blackberry liqueur and apple juice for a frothy tall drink that's just as delicious as it's muse.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the sloe gin, amaretto and blackberry liqueur.
Top until half full with apple juice and shake shake shake. The shaking will make the fruit juice nice and frothy.
Fill a tall glass with ice and strain the cocktail overtop, making sure to get all of the froth.
Serve with apple slices and a cherry.
