Step 1Draw around your foot on to a peice of paper. Make a template that is slightly larger than your foot, this will be the shape of your slippers.

Step 2Draw out your slipper on to the towel, remember to flip the template over for the left and right foot.

Step 3For the soles of your slippers, you should use a tougher fabric such as fake leather. Cut out one left and one right foot of these.

Step 4Cut your template in half and then draw out a wider peice of towel for the hood on the foot. You will need 2 left and 2 right hoods.

Step 5Sew the right hoods together, leaving a small gap, fold inside out and sew up the open gap. Repeat this for the left hoods.

Step 6Attach the hood to the towel sole with pins.

Step 7Sew the hood on to the towel sole, removing the pins as you go.

Step 8Pin the fake leather sole, wrong side up on top of the towel sole, so that the hood is on the inside.

Step 9Sew around the base, leaving a gap at the end. Fold inside out.

Step 10Fill with stuffing and then sew up the gap.

Step 11Decorate with ribbons and gems.
