These jello shots aren’t your typical rager fuel; I designed them to be actual cocktails, not just jiggly liquor vessels. Jell-o traditionally calls for one cup of boiling water and one cup of cold water, other brands might call for different amounts but I don’t know. Traditionally people tend to make jello shots half water and half alcohol, so the recipe usually comes out to one cup water and one cup vodka. I love tequila, as a proper Texan, and thought it would be cool to skip going the super alcoholic route so these could be enjoyed instead of just tolerated.

Dissolve your jell-o in your cut of boiling water, then add your tequila and triple sec and pour into containers to set. Let them chill for at least for hours but preferably overnight.
