sleep mask for all your sleepy needs!
Whilst trying to sleep from a night shift at work, i find that i cant sleep well due to my curtains being light and letting the sun in. I wanted to create a simple sleep mask and share it with others.

You Will Need

Step 1Gather all your materials. Turn your fabric inside out then place the fabric ontop of the wadding and pin the template to the two.

Step 2Cut round the template and you should get 2 pieces of fabric and one piece of wadding. Unpin the template. Measure out your elastic and place between the two inside out fabric. Re pin all your pieces together.

Step 3Using the sewing machine sew all the way round but leave an inch gap somewhere so you can turn everything back through. As the wadding makes it thick to sew. . . . Take your time!

Step 4Once sewn, start turning it all back the right way (take your time).

Step 5Hand sew the gap we left and voila. . . . Sleep mask
