felt & ribbon mobile to hang above baby's crib :)
i made this mobile for my soon-to-arrive nephew/niece! we're hoping that bub will arrive tomorrow! :D

i only realised after i gave the almost-parents the mobile that i'd only taken a couple of iphone pics of the mobile...so that's all i have to share right now! the first pic has extra ribbon dangling, cos it's a WIP shot :)

the difficulty & time to make this will depend on your skillz with hand sewing felt, & you need to allow time for glue to dry (which can vary wildly depending on the type of glue!!).

it's basically a hoop (not even sure what it's made of, but it's a wooden circle...possibly for a bag or wreath?!), wrapped with ribbon, then long ribbons hanging down with the double-sided felt shapes sewed & glued on :) i drew (freehand...& i'm not very good at drawing!) the shapes on paper, then used that to cut the shapes out of the felt.
