This is simple skull ring I made out of felt. I just cut out the felt pieces, sewed the facial parts (eyes and nose) on one side, sewed the two skull pieces together around the outside, stuffed it with cotton, and then closed it up with the mouth stitching. I then super glued it to a basic ring backing.
