You will need

1 T Shirt 1 Permanent Marker 1 Fabric Paint 1 Craft Stick

Instructions

1. Start off with a PRE-WASHED Tee

2. Turn the shirt inside out.

3. 

   Try to make an outline using PERMANENT MARKER.

4. Once your done turn the shirt back into regular form. With the outline from inside you are going to make the outline a LITTLE FINER.

5. Now just color in the outline with FABRIC PAINT. You will be needing to use the CRAFT STICK to thin out the extra paint. Having a chucks amount of fabric paint just makes the shirt more heavy.

6. 

   Let the shift dry 4 to 6 hours ( : and you're DONE
