Really simple, don't even need a how to. Cut out shape of collar to material or felt, hole punch if desired, sew on ribbon to tie back or collar, sew button on front & THAT'S IT. On the star wars collar I sewed sequins around it. So you can imagine what can be done to make it have your own style! (◕‿-)
