This is my own recipe.Very sweet.More sweeter if icing added.They're yummy. Makes about 2 baking trays of cookies.That's about 70 cookies!
Gather your ingredients and then let's start.:) Place your soft butter in a big bowl. Butter can be melted in microwawe at 100w for about 1min or until soft.
Then add 1 cup of sugar to butter.
Mix together until soft and fluffy.
Add both eggs to butter mixture.
Mix until light and fluffy.Add baking powder,vanilla sugar,any essence now.
Add flour to your mixture.Don't add all at once.
If you can't mix everything with mixer,use your hands or spoon. Place in refrigerator in about 15 mins when ready.
When cooled,take spoon and some flour and let's make that cookies! Dip your hands a bit in flour,so that dough doesn't gets to your hands. Take one teaspoon of dough and roll in your hands to form small ball.Flatten it a bit and place on baking tray. They will get bigger.
To get 35 cookies on one cookie tray,form them 5x7 cookies. See picture.
Bake your cookies in 200*C in preheated owen for about 15 min or until cookies are golden brown. Wasn't that easy?^^ You can also add some icing on these! I added sugar icing,but oh well,im not good at this...(black thingies on some cookies are poppy seeds;added before baking) Enjoy your cookies!
