Crunchy veggies & bacon!
A healthy quick snack to make before you run out the door.

  • Step 1

    Prep your vegetables and chicken breast/bacon. Wash and cut your veggies and meat into thin strips where necessary.

  • Step 2

    Turn up the heat on the stove, take a medium size frying pan and pour a some oil in to lightly coat the bottom.

  • Step 3

    Start by cooking the meat, this is especially good if you’re cooking with streaky bacon as the fat will go on to flavour the veggies as you fry them together.

  • Step 4

    Once the meat is almost done, throw in all the vegetables, add some seasoning - garlic salt, pepper, chilli flakes or soy sauce/lee & perrins sauce all do nicely.

  • Step 5

    Serve hot and fresh from the pan to a plate and eat before it gets cold!
