1. 

   This is sort of your template. You need a square, then you need to cut the dashed line. You neck has a round shape!

2. Cut it out twice, then glue the two pieces together.

3. 

   For a cleaner look, hotglue ribbon on the edges.

4. 

   Sew (or glue) on snap buttons for the closure.

5. 

   Wear!
