With a simple grapevine wreath, some burlap and some fabric and paint, you can make this fun wreath for under $10.

Instructions

1. 

   Start with your wreath like this. Take a few medium pieces of burlap and wrap around the wreath as you want. Hot glue it in place periodically.

2. 

   Paint the words you want on each piece of cream fabric and then glue them to the twine. Attach it to the wreath and you're done!
