My Dad loves French Toast so I decided to make him some for breakfast. This is a really easy recipe but it's delicious!

You Will Need

Step 1Beat together two eggs with a pinch of salt.

Step 2Pour in the milk.

Step 3Heat up some butter on a griddle frying pan.

Step 4Dip the bread in your egg mixture and let it soak up a little and then turn over to cover both sides.

Step 5Place on the hot griddle and leave to cook until golden brown. Flip over and cook the other side too.

Step 6Serve hot with a dusting of icing sugar and maple syrup.
