An easy flower with many possibilities!
I've made a few of these flowers. I put one on a headband and I really love the look. They're really easy and you can do anything you want with them.

  • How to make a bouquet. Silky Flower - Step 1
    Step 1

Cut out 4 or more circles from the fabric, each one a little smaller than the last. They don't have to be perfect, they'll look fine once they're burned. The more circles you have, the "fluffier" your flower will be.

With each circle, cut lines going inward. You can make however many petals you want. DO NOT get too close to the middle.

    Step 4

With each petal, fold the petals around it away and burn the edges so they curl slightly. Don't put it in the fire, just above it. Be very careful not to over-burn it.

Once each layer is burnt, lay them on top of each other and arrange them. Sew them all together with a few beads to make it look pretty.

  • Step 6

Use hot glue to put it on a headband, hair clip, pin, or whatever else you can think of. ENJOY! ;D
