this is when DIY becomes your best friend
I did a lot of research to save myself some money for this costume. Sure enough, it paid off and I ended up spending $5 (for the shoes). Everything else was made with stuff that was just sitting around the house. I did quite a bit of scaring Halloween night and all the children were skipping our house b/c of my costume. xD I hope this inspires you guys to DIY your costumes! :D
