A one-eared Gir charm from shrink plastic.
Out of all my numerous shrink plastic failures, this one turned out the best. His ear fell off but oh well... I need some help too, all of my shrink plastic likes to shrink up and shrivel and not unshrivel. It's annoying, and i burnt all ten of my fingers on Gir haha. Hope you like him! :)

If you're using the oven maybe you've got it set too high. 350F for 1-4 mins depending on the size of the piece.
