  1. Melt butter in a skillet, add diced onion and saute it.

  2. Add shrimp, season with chili and salt. Add wine, lemon juice and oregano. After 2-3 minutes increase the heat and cook until 1/3 of wine is reduced.

  3. Small sadn

    Serve with fresh baguette.
