Shrimp In White Wine Sauce

You Will Need (8 things)

  • Salt
  • 1 tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 cup freshly squeeezed Lemon Juice
  • 1 cup dry White Wine
  • 3 tbsp fresh Oregano
  • 1 Onion(s)
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 500 g large Shrimp

Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

    Melt butter in a skillet, add diced onion and saute it.

    Add shrimp, season with chili and salt. Add wine, lemon juice and oregano. After 2-3 minutes increase the heat and cook until 1/3 of wine is reduced.

    Serve with fresh baguette.
