You Will Need

Step 1ok so i had this leggings that i bought at wal mart that were long (i bought the wrong one) so i was to lazy to buy the other on so i cut it to the height that i wanted.

Step 2next i pinned the bottom and sewed it so it wouldn't look like i cut it xD (also i think you should add lace it would look pretty)

next i took my scissors and cut slits randomly make them kind of close so when you wash them the edges curled and bam! your done :) i always wear them with my skirts that i made
