A sustainable way to make a flare shoulderpiece.
This shoulderpiece is quit easy to do,I saw something similar on etsy and give it a try,it´s wearable with practically everything,you decide the shape and how many chains it will have,the butterfly I use it´s from an old belt,the chains are remainings of necklaces bracelets,e.t.c.,If you want use brooches or something else,have fun! (ñ:_:ñ).

Step 1
First of all,the main piece,I pick this from an old bikini belt,the results are better if the piece is a medium heavy,if you use really heavy piece,it will falls from your shoulder any time.
Step 2
Carefully curve your piece for a better adhesion to your shoulder.
Step 3
Place your chains by weights.
Step 4
Pick the heaviest chain,this will be underarm,better if you use a painted or plastic chain (it helps to avoid irritations),just remember it has to be heavy.
Step 5
Take the measure of your shoulder,using pliers cut the remains.
Step 6
Add lobster clasp to the other side.
Step 7
Take away some extra links,for a perfect fit,try it on again just to make sure.
Step 8
Edit your shoulderpiece,make as much changes as you want until you approve the result,this is my first version,I don´t like so much.

This is my final version.

And finally the little one,I made it combining two chains.
