Great Father's Day idea or card or book for a male's birthday

This is so adorable - it can be made as either a card or a book.

First fold your piece of 8-1/2 by 11 inch piece of lightweight scrapbook paper in half lengthwise. Unfold and fold each side into the middle as shown.

Open it back up and fold the top corner of each side to the center line.

Fold the two side back in.

Take the inside corner and take it out to meet the outside edge, making sure that the edge lines up as square as possible. Repeat on the other side.

Fold it over and crease it to lay flat.

Turn the whole book/card over. Fold up a small amount, approximately 1/2 inch on the bottom.

Flip it back over again. Take the bottom corner and fold it to the center. You will be creating a triangle shape that is about 5 inches long. Do this on both sides of the shirt.

Almost done. Now turn it over once again and fold the bottom part up into the collar of the shirt.

You can either add one piece of paper to the back to create a card or a little book of several pages held together with a brad.

Embellish by gluing a few buttons to the front.
