You Will Need (8 things)

  • 12 ceramic glazed 16mm round deep blue Bead(s)
  • 6 ceramic glazed 16mm round shocking pink Bead(s)
  • 1 Toggle Clasp round 17mm silver plated
  • 1 m light Chain silver plated
  • 2 x 5mm Jump Ring(s) pack of 25 silver plated
  • 2 x 8mm Jump Ring(s) pack of 100 silver plated
  • 1 x long Ball Wires pack of 6 silver plated
  • Craft Pliers

Steps (10 steps, 40 minutes)

  1. 1

    Necklace

    With your round nose pliers hold an 8mm jump ring, open with your flat nose pliers and attach the round part of the toggle and three 8mm jump rings, close the jump ring. Add your 8mm jump rings in the following order to create the link section: two jump rings, then two more, and finally three jump rings.

    With your round nose pliers, open a 5mm jump ring and loop through the three 8mm jump rings at the end of your link section, attach the end of your chain then close the jump ring. Thread a deep blue ceramic bead onto the chain. Open a 5mm jump ring, thread through a link in the chain as close to the bead as possible. Add three 8mm jump rings and close the 5mm jump ring. With your cutters trim the chain at the next link. Add your 8mm jump rings to the ones attached to the chain underneath the bead in the following order to create the link section: two jump rings, then two more, and finally three jump rings.

    Open a 5mm jump ring and loop through the three 8mm jump rings at the end of your link section, attach the end of your chain then close the jump ring. Continue adding the beads onto the chain between your link sections in the same way as step 2. Add the beads in the following order:

    A single deep blue.

    A single deep blue.

    A shocking pink and two deep blue.

    A single deep blue.

    A single deep blue.

    Two shocking pink.

    A single deep blue.

    Finally a single deep blue bead.

    Make one more section of chain links, now open an 8mm jump ring, loop it through the last three jump rings on your necklace, add the bar part of your toggle and you have completed your necklace.

    Bracelet

    With your round nose pliers hold an 8mm jump ring, open with your flat nose pliers and attach the round part of the toggle and three 8mm jump rings, close the jump ring. Add your 8mm jump rings in the following order to create the link section: two jump rings, then two more, and finally three jump rings.

    With your round nose pliers, open a 5mm jump ring and loop through the three 8mm jump rings, attach the end of your chain then close the jump ring. Thread a deep blue ceramic bead onto the chain. Open a 5mm jump ring, thread through a link in the chain as close to the bead as possible. Add three 8mm jump rings and close the jump ring. With your cutters trim the chain at the next link.

    Continue adding the beads in the same way onto the chain between your link sections. Add the beads in the following order: a single blue, a pink and 2 blue and finally a single blue bead. Make one more section of chain links, and open an 8mm jump ring, loop through the last three jump rings, add the bar part of your toggle and you have completed your bracelet.

    Earrings

    With your round nose pliers open the loop of the long ball wire, attach three 8mm jump rings close the loop. Add two jump rings to these, followed by three jump rings. With your round nose pliers, open a 5mm jump ring and loop through the three 8mm jump rings, attach the end of your chain then close the jump ring.

    Thread a shocking pink ceramic bead onto the chain. Open a 5mm jump ring, thread through a link in the chain as close to the bead as possible. Add three 8mm jump rings and close the jump ring. With your cutters trim the chain at the next link.

    Repeat to make a pair.
