. While doing a quick combo test for a dress I was to wear, this brooch idea struck me. This inspiration came out of different How To: for flowers, so I simply customized mine to suit my purpose by adding the acrylic stone to the flower center and shimmering it up!
. While doing a quick combo test for a dress I was to wear, this brooch idea struck me. This inspiration came out of different How To: for flowers, so I simply customized mine to suit my purpose by adding the acrylic stone to the flower center and shimmering it up!
Get materials ready!
Draw a petal template of two different sizes, fold your fabric and pin on it.
Cut out six petals each of the petals template.
Stich it up with a running stitch and pull tight.
You should have something like these two.
Glue the two petals folds together with the larger one under and the smaller on top.
Glue on your acrylic syone to the center of the flower.
Circle round the acrylic stone with your glitter stick nicely and evenly.
For quick result I blow dried mine...you can do that too all leave all night to dry.
Cut out a little of piece of fabric to cover up the back end and glue in place.
Gently and neatly attach your brooch pin to it.
Voila!
