Easy to make magnets from shells on the beach.
Since I live on a bay, we’ve got tons of snail shells waiting to be collected. Our fridge felt empty so I made a bunch of these! (Some of the pictures are big. Click to see full size)

  • Step 1

Go seashell picking! Make sure you don’t pick the ones with snails still living in them…

  • Step 2

Cut magnets into squares a little bigger than the seashell you are using.

  • Step 3

Put glue inside the seashell opening and make sure to fill up all the way. Then place seashell on the magnet.

  • Step 4

Once dry, cut off the extra pieces of magnet in the shape of the shell and stick to your fridge, locker, radiator, or anything magnetic!
