1. The Classic Cocktail
20 ml Vodka
20 ml Soho Lychee Liqueur
10 ml grenadine
10 ml lemon juice
30 ml passion fruit juiceShake in cocktail shaker, strain into martini glass.
Add fresh Lychee into the glass. -

2. Shanghai Baby Royal
Add 100 ml French champagne to the recipe.

20 ml Soho Lychee Liqueur
10 ml Grenadine
20 ml lemon juice
100 ml Passion fruit juiceShake, serve on crushed ice. Decorate with a lychee.
