I got inspiration for this project from the Living With Punks lampshade tute. No glue gun is required for this one. I love the raw messy look !
I got inspiration for this project from the Living With Punks lampshade tute. No glue gun is required for this one. I love the raw messy look !
Take a naked lampshade and wrap each individual arm of the frame in strips of fabric. I tore my satin-like fabric into strips by hand, wound it around and tyed it to the frame.
Cover the frame until all finished and shabby looking.
Wrap each arm of the frame with beads using fishing line
Once completed and you're happy with it, hang it
