Thank you Mimi Foxtrot, Serpentira, Jessica G., BloodyRose, and Ginger B.! Yes, I think more dresses need peplums too! The sewing is a bit tricky for this garment b/c it involves putting in an invisible zipper...but just take it slow and steady and it's doable!

Very neat- I love your instructions and pictures. I may or may not ever make this dress, but I certainly feel like I would be able to make a pretty decent go of it following this how-to. (My main stumbling block would be the sewing, I think. My sewing machine and I haven't had any quality time together in awhile since the majority of my projects are so small I just hand sew them rather than dig out the machine...) I really like the look of it.
