Step 1Take your old t-shirt and cut off the sleeves. Tuck in and hem the edges with needle and thread.
Take the sleeves, turn inside out and sew along the cut edges. You now have 2 pockets!

Step 2Take your new fabric and sew into a tube so that it will fit around the widest part of your hips. Attach to your new top.

Step 3Slit open the sides of the dress - just enough for you to insert and sew on your "new" pockets. You will need to use your needle and thread at this stage.
