This meal is perfect with a side salad it's low and fat and very tasty, my family love this meal.
Pls note. I make my meals in bulk as I work stupid hours and freeze a lot so pls don't worry that I have more the 4 cutlets etc in the pics, just follow the recipe and you should be ok

You Will Need (4 things)
- Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- Lamb Cutlet Frenched , if you don't know how then ask your butcher.
- 1 cup Chicken Stock
Steps (3 steps, 10 minutes)

Tenderise cutlets, and then press into sesame seeds to coat both sides.

2. Cook lamb in olive oil over medium heat for 2 minutes until each side is golden.

Add oyster sauce to the lamb and coat well, followed by the stock. Cook for 30 seconds over medium to high heat until lamb is coated and glossy.
Serve with side salad for a low fat version, but could easily be served with rice, couscous or mash
