I sewed on lots and lots of sequins to a bib shape, cut from felt, and added a rhinestone chain on top to hide the holes of the sequins. I stitched some seed beads around the rhinestone chain. Then I glued a second piece of felt beneath to hide the stitches. I put two eyelets on both sides and attached the chain with jump rings.I made this for a co-worker, she chose the shape and color. I think this piece won't go unnoticed :)
