Chose some spices (I know some of these aren't even spices, so let's call the toppings) for exemple: black/ white pepper, garlic powder, soy sauce, cayenne, paprika, nutmeg...

You Will Need (2 things)

  • 250 g Wheat Gluten
  • Any Spices you want

Steps (2 steps, 80 minutes)

    just mix the wheat gluten with the spices you choose. Add water (the same quantity of water and gluten).

    Get a pot, fill it with water and add spices to it. put the seitan and let cook for 1.15h (if you cut the seitan in smaller pieces it may take less time to cook).

    Tip:
    You can keep it on the fridge for about a week.
