Vegetarian friendly crab salad with seitan, fennel and tarraon
First of all peel and chop the fennel, along with the cucumber and celery.
Toss together in a bowl and tear in some tarragon leaves.
Drizzle with a little olive oil.
Season with salt and pepper.
Tear in the seitan.
Add the mayonnaise and squeeze in the lemon juice.
Mix together and serve with a little more black pepper.
