Use Seed Beads to Show Off a Large Hole Bead
One small problem with lampwork beads is that they often have larger holes than most beads. It can make for a clunky design. I solved that in this design by using a string of seed beads to string the large hole bead. I then added a second strand of chain to the necklace to add some additional substance.

For the clear hollow lampwork bead with blue dots, I chose large blue seed beads, and strung two strands.

I then strung them through the bead (this took a little bit of negotiating to get things where I wanted)...

For the other necklace, I strung one strand of green seed beads for the lampwork bead, and plan to string another strand with large blue beads to pick up the blue core of the lampwork bead. This is still a work in progress, but you get the picture
