Description

Hand painted beach Christmas Martini glass

Instructions

  1. Small 112511 2f2015 12 16 231610 20151216 162533

Wash the Glass and dry. Draw the outline of your figure using the liner pen . You can sticky tape a template to the inside of the glass to trace. Leave to Dry

  2. Small 112511 2f2015 12 16 231614 20151216 163455

Once liner pen is dry fill in the hair and clothing with a paintbrush. I have let the red semmi dry before adding the white spots to the swim suit, the clothing decorations are up to you, you can add decorations with a liner pen later also. Let dry

  3. Small 112511 2f2015 12 16 231620 20151216 170238

Fill in the skin colour with a paint brush (I had to mix mine to get a skin tone) Once that is dry using a thin pain bush and black paint (not the out liner) go over any out liner you may have covered with the colour Leave to dry.

  4. Small 112511 2f2015 12 16 231650 20151216 175252

Once dry add any other details to the figure (I've added the hair bow and lace around the leg of the swimmers. Using a large flat brush fill in the back ground ( beach) Let dry

  5. Small 112511 2f2015 12 16 231729 20151216 180119

Using the gold out liner add details to the back ground and decorations to the figure. Let dry

  6. Small 112511 2f2015 12 16 231736 20151216 180116

Using the out liner pen add the name of the recipient. ( I didn't sign the glass because it was a secret santa ... and if your names on it its not a secret, but if you want to sign it i find the gold out liner is good because it doesn't detract from the picture) Let Dry

  7. Small 112511 2f2015 12 16 231755 20151216 180125

Bake in an oven at 150 Degrees Celsius for 35 Minutes - NOTE: I find it best to place the glasses in the oven when i turn it on so that the glasses heat up as the oven heats up to avoid breakages from temperature change, when the oven is up to heat, start timing. Leave to cool in the oven - no burnt fingers :) Then YOU'RE DONE ! Wrap and gift away !
