You Will Need
-
Step 1Grab a piece of thick felt & glue shells and pearls on just the way you like.
-
Step 2Paint felt with acrylic paint, so it looks like sand
-
Step 3Add lace around the felt, I hotglued it on the backside.
-
Step 4Attach rope to the backside of the lace
-
Step 5Done!
