Easy cheap home decor, perfect for the poor college student
My room mates and I did this when we were really bored before school started. We REALLY wanted to decorate the boring white walls of our apartment, so we added bunting and hung up paintings!

You Will Need

Step 1
Cut scrapbook paper into quarters (4 squares)

Step 2
Cut quarters diagonally into triangles

Step 3
Punch holes 2 corners of the triangles (NOT the corner with the right angle)

Step 4
String the triangles together onto the twine, and hang onto wall. Adjust before cutting the twine. DONE :D
