Scrap Tote Bag

I had a pair of jeans that had seen better days so, I used them as a lining for a tote bag. I used the pocket to make an outside pocket and a pocket from another pair of jeans to make an inside pocket. The heart is fabric scrap, and the smiley face was upcycled from a an old tee my son had. The strap is a fabric belt I sewed on. The outer material is some upholstery fabric I found on sale for 50 cents a yard.
